Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at Jeanne-nu@hotmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at Jeanne-nu@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns must be sent to our supplier's warehouse and we will provide the correct address.

Condition of Returns

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. We are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened: fragrances and perfumes. This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty.

As we work with third-party suppliers, returns and refunds may take slightly longer than standard retailers. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated throughout the process.
